FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS (FAQs)

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS (FAQs):

How do I access the App?

Answer: Please click the "Open the App" button above. This will open your app store and will automatically begin loading the event. Please log in using the same name and email address that you provided during event registration.

If you are unable to open the app via the button above, please navigate to your mobile phone app store and search “Cvent Events”. Download and open the app, and search “Road School”.

Please note that this app is only accessible to conference registrants. Please log in using the same name and email address that you provided during event registration.

What can I do in the App?

Answer: Within the event app, you will find information on all conference sessions including maps of each of the conference venues on the West Lafayette campus.

The app is linked to your event registration. Adding sessions to your schedule through the app is one of the ways that you can self-report your attendance for PDH/CEU certificates that will be issued in April.

Joining a session in the app will allow you the option to submit questions during a Live Q&A (opens 15 minutes before the session start time and closes 15 minutes after the session end time).

The app will allow you to connect with your peers allowing the option for attendees to message one another and/or engage in our discussion boards throughout the 2024 conference.

Where do I get the Check In code for the session(s) that I want to attend?

Answer: Each session will have a unique check in code in 2024. This code is required for participation in the Live Q&A feature within the app.

The code will be 2024RS____ with the last 1 to 3 digit(s) being the number of the session. For example, Session #1 will have code 2024RS1.

Session codes will be listed on the signage placed outside of the session rooms and will also be shared by the session moderators.

Will the sessions be streamed virtually in the app?

Answer: No. All sessions are hosted in person with no virtual participation option except for sessions 132B and 133B.

Sessions 132B and 133B will be hosted in person and will also be streamed for live virtual participation. The virtual participation link for sessions 132B and 133B will be emailed to those persons who have pre-registered for those sessions prior to the session start time.

How do I obtain my PDH/CEU certificate?

Answer: Please find the instructions for the 2024 event in our app and online here.
